| The Lionville Youth Association is an all volunteer, not-for-profit organization. LYA has no "customers". LYA does not view itself as a "business" but makes every effort to operate in a professional manner. |
| LYA does not schedule ad hoc open forum Board meetings and will not consider doing so. LYA does not respond to threats of any kind. |
