Teammate requests
We received significant feedback at the end of last season about putting too much emphasis on teammate requests in creating the teams. The clear preference is to create balanced teams with the chance for the kids to play and get to know different players. We will continue to prioritize requests in our 2
nd/3
rd grade leagues. In the other leagues, teammate requests will still be considered; however, priority will be to create balanced teams through a draft process.
Teammate Request: A player can request up to 2 other players to be on their team. All requests of more than 2 teammates will not be considered. Also, the 1-2 requested teammates need to make the same request for the request to be considered.
